|
|
SW seems to only use the product name for the Plimus account. I have one product and three contracts. Example:
PRODUCT: My Product Name
CONTRACT 1: 12345 - Standard Version
CONTRACT 2: 12346 - Extended Version
CONTRACT 3: 12347 - Upgrade
I have been unable to get SW to differentiate between the three and it seems to select randomly which one it wants to assign as it only sees "My Product Name".
Anyone have any idea how to setup the Product Flag so it can select the correct version?
Thanks.

Sorry, SWA can only deal with single contract in one order currently.
I suggest you create three order with that three different contracts
and add three products according to these orders.
The SWA can deal with them.
Another way is that SWA supplies Parser DLL SDK,
you may write a custom Parser DLL to deal with your special case. |

I appreciate your response, however, in order to do this I would have to completely re-do my web site, my software and my online merchant template system.
Is there any chance you will consider adding the ability to choose between using the product or a contract as the keyword for the Plimus registrations? I believe SWREG uses a similar technique and this would improve the useability of SWA immensely.
Thanks for you reply and consideration |
