Nothing is 100% efficent, you must mean 100% accurate
Try Directory Report http://www.file-utilities.com
It is 100% accurate since it has the option of comparing files byte-by-byte |

| I had a problem with duplicates. I used the duplicate photo remover which is called Clone Remover. And I solved my problem. It works not only with the pictures. What do you think about it? |
