| I really like the look and feel of the program but I think it is very basic regarding customer management. What are your plans, will it be limited only to order fullfillment? I would need several features in the near future, such as: an independent customer database so that when returning customers purchase additional licenses or upgrades these can be grouped together (one customer can have several orders!). I would need a payment and accounting section that would be feeded by entering orders and would be balanced when due payment of the shareware agent would be transferred, among other things... |
